Hello,
We have been trying to contact your support via the forums and the contact page since December.
We have a paid license for the Event Calendar Pro plugin. In December we upgraded our MojoPortal install from version 2.4.0.4 to version 2.5. The version of the Event Calendar Pro we have installed is 3.4.1.8. The Event Calendar Pro has stopped functioning since we performed the upgrade. You can edit old events, but you can no longer add new ones.
Could you please send us an older version of the Event Calendar Pro that will work with MojoPortal version 2.5? ...as mentioned on the product page (https://www.mojoportal.com/event-calendar-pro-product If you need an older version of Event Calendar Pro, contact us.)? I believe we need version 3.4.2.3
We would love to upgrade MojoPortal and the Event Calendar Pro to the latest releases, but unfortunately our web host does not meet the newer requirements.
Here are errors we are receiving:
From MojoPortal:
PageNotFoundHttpModule handled error. System.Web.HttpException (0x80004005): The file '/test-2026-02-23.aspx' does not exist. at System.Web.UI.Util.CheckVirtualFileExists(VirtualPath virtualPath) at System.Web.Compilation.BuildManager.GetVPathBuildResultInternal(VirtualPath virtualPath, Boolean noBuild, Boolean allowCrossApp, Boolean allowBuildInPrecompile, Boolean throwIfNotFound, Boolean ensureIsUpToDate) at System.Web.Compilation.BuildManager.GetVPathBuildResultWithNoAssert(HttpContext context, VirtualPath virtualPath, Boolean noBuild, Boolean allowCrossApp, Boolean allowBuildInPrecompile, Boolean throwIfNotFound, Boolean ensureIsUpToDate) at System.Web.Compilation.BuildManager.GetVirtualPathObjectFactory(VirtualPath virtualPath, HttpContext context, Boolean allowCrossApp, Boolean throwIfNotFound) at System.Web.Compilation.BuildManager.CreateInstanceFromVirtualPath(VirtualPath virtualPath, Type requiredBaseType, HttpContext context, Boolean allowCrossApp)
Errors from web host:
has had an application failure occur. An exception of type 'System.Web.HttpException' with a message of 'Could not load type 'sts.Events.Web.UI.OrderHistoryPage'.' was thrown in 'ASP.default_aspx.ProcessRequest'
Thanks for your help.
Hi TJ,
I checked our email relay and it looks like gmail blocked the message with the attachment so I’ve uploaded it to our file server and sent you a link via email.
Thank you, Joe
