I'm going to assume this is a Mono issue...

mojoPortal is no longer supported on mono. This forum is here for archival purposes.

I'm going to assume this is a Mono issue...

Since installing the latest svn mono and latest svn mojoportal my load average on my server is running in the high 9's and sometime as high as 12.   And this is while I'm setting up the pages and content without any users on the site.  The mono process is using an average of 89% to 95% of my cpu!   With the older version of mojoportal we were running the load average around 1 to 3.5.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Re: I'm going to assume this is a Mono issue...

I think that is probably a true assumption. There are some risks in using the bleeding edge of Mono from svn. You probably should file a bug report with Mono. The one good thing with running Mono from svn is when they fix it you can get the fix right away but the downside is you also see the regressions and new bugs as they introduce new features. As I understand it the CSS Adapter support won't be in an official release until version 2.0 which is targeted for the June time frame.

Best,

Joe
