Forum --> NeatHTML Not Found

Whenever I create a new post on my forum, I get "NeatHTML not found" instead of the text (for example, instead of this post, I'd get that error message in place of it). The text of the post is in the database, so I'm not sure what I might have done to cause this. Can you help me figure out where I should start my search?

Re: Forum --> NeatHTML Not Found

That happens when the page does not include (or cannot load) NeatHtml.js.  If the HTML source for the page has a script reference to NeatHtml.js, make sure that you have installed NeatHtml.js in the appropriate location.  If there is no script reference to NeatHtml.js then this is a bug in mojoPortal.  What version are you using?

Re: Forum --> NeatHTML Not Found

When you installed or upgraded, maybe you failed to upload the Web/ClientScript/NeatHtml.js file. I would look for it and put it in place if its missing.

Hope it helps,

Joe

Ah, that's what it was! (The missing .js file.) Thank you both so much.

(Hooray! I'm almost ready to hand off content creation to the users.)
