System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904)

I have moved the database from Server 2008 r2 sql 2012 to server 2012 sql 2016.

And when I have signed in and go to Administration then view member list and manage profile of a user we get the following.

We're sorry but a server error has occurred while trying to process your request.

The error has been logged and will be reviewed by our staff as soon as possible. It is possible that the error was just a momentary hiccup and you may wish to use the back button and try again or go back to the home page.

System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): Procedure or function 'mp_Users_Insert' expects parameter '@EmailConfirmed', which was not supplied.
