Email based on Form Submitted Data

Hi! New to mojoPortal and I found 1232 email subjects in this forum. I read through the first 100 titles but didn't find what I was looking for and thought one of you gurus might be able to point me to the exact thread, document, instruction, or other information that can help me.

I am trying to send an email to a person(s) depending on the zip code used in a Form. For example, customer A signs up and has a question. I will attach a basic instructional file (.PDF) to the email that goes back to them, but I also want the closest sales and/or support representative to receive the email so the customer can get a call from that person. Each sales/support person in the database has a set of zip codes they "cover" so I just need a way to get the Form Submission to enter the customer's info into the database, then create an email to the customer with their sales/support tech copied.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Jay
