Webstore Orderdetails Requires Sign-in after Paypal Checkoutq

We just put together a site that uses paypal for the webstore checkout.  When a user who does not register and does not sign in to Mojo completes the checkout, they are redirected back to our site (good) but are prompted with a username and password.   The end of the URL is here /Secure/Login?returnurl=%2fWebStore%2fOrderDetail%3fpageid%3d1864%26mid%3d3341%26orderid%3de14341e4-79c9-4b07-b4fa-249265a57748

Can we change the page they are redirected to and/or allow them to anonymously see the orders details page?
