Difference in Site rendering based on IIS setup

I recently moved my hosting provider.  Since I moved the site, the navigation doesn't seem to be rendering correctly (ie usually has images for buttons and only the top-level shows with sub-items as popup buttons when you mouse over).  Now it just shows the full set of links with indent for sub-items.

I setup a local install on my workstation of the exact copy.  When I setup the site as a Virtual Directory Application under the default website, everything is rendered find (including buttons, etc)

When I setup a new Website in IIS (using HostHeaders) and pointed to the same physical folder, it doesn't show any image buttons, etc)

I think it's some sort of CSS or handler that isn't functioning properly

Any thoughts/advise would be very appreciated!

Thanks

Chris
