Error on home page

I was updating my home page with a video. I am now receiving the following error:

Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.  Exception Details: System.Exception: No Matching Video File Extension Found.

I now I need to remove the video file, but can not get to the adminstration pages to edit the home page. I can't get into anything on my site. A assistance is apprecieated.

Re: Error on home page

I'm not sure how that happened but to get to the settings for that module so you can delete it, follow these instructions:

  1. Go to http://your.website.url/admin. You will be redirected to the login page and after logging in you will be on the Admin Menu page.
  2. From the Admin Menu, click the "Add/Edit Pages" item.
  3. Select the home page in the list and then click the pencil icon on the right.
  4. From the content layout page for the home page, select the faulting module and click the wrench icon on the right of its pane.
  5. From the module settings page for the faulting module, click the delete link at the bottom.

HTH,
Joe D.
