Can't add tracks to video player

Can't add tracks to video player

I have added a video player to one of my pages and am trying to add a video track, but can't get it to work.

I have created the video in .ogv format and uploaded it to the media folder of my site, and am now trying to add the video to the player.  I type in a track name, artist and the browse for the file on the server.  I then click on the Add Track button, assuming the track will be placed in the "Files added" list, but I get a "please add at least one track" message, with another reading "No Tracks Exist For This Media Player". just to the right of  Browse... there should be another link that says "Add Selected File"

I think the problem is that link has white text on a white background so you don't see it, it has the CSS class "buttonlink"

without clicking that the file you browse to does not get added
