Event Calendar Pro - Attendance Tracking

Good afternoon everyone,

Apologies if the answer to my question can be found, but even Google-fu has not garnered the answer.

We have a client that would like to track individuals' actual attendance to an event, versus registrations for an event. Does Event Calendar Pro offer this functionality?

Hi Joe,

Thank you for replying so quickly. Does the ECP framework allow adding custom fields to an event? If not, would it be straightforward to extend the Enterprise License source code to add a field?

Hi Robert,

ECP allows you to enable a "notes" field on the registration form. Nothing exists to allow you to easily add fields to the registration forms other than that.

This item has been logged (by myself) in hopes that it might be added some day.

Apologies for the confusion; but if we purchased the Enterprise License with Source Code, would it be straightforward for us to add an additional field?

The Enterprise License provides the source code for security audit purposes only. Any modifications to the code would not be supported and redistributing the changed product either compiled or un-compiled would not really be allowed by the license.

Hello Joe,

It would be great if the Event Calendar Pro could search and list events that an user has registered and/or attended. 

I'm building a volunteer website and would like the admin be able to list all events that an volunteer attended during a period of time, say 12 months. It would be even better the admin (and the volunteer) can get a summery of volunteer hours per user and be able to export to an Excel file.

We are also looking for a way to track actual volunteer attending hours. For example, the event is 8:00-12:00, and the volunteer attended 8:00-14:00, in this case we would like to track and credit the extra 2 hours to this volunteer.
