Using Apostrophe in Feature Instance Title

I have used apostrophes in page content but have preferred not to use apostrophes in URLs or Feature Instance Titles. Are there any known issues that may be caused by putting an apostrophe in a Feature Instance Title?

PS. This is for our intranet where everyone uses Internet Explorer 11.
