Edit contact form design

HI guys,

I need to edit contact form like this URL - http://www.greensignalexports.com/contact_us.php

first row left side contact form , right side dynamic content

second row dynamic content.

dynamic content put from admin html content editor.

please guide me,.. its urgent

Unfortunately your question is a little hard to understand. But in mojoPortal yes you can put the standard Contact form on a page with an HTML Content instance in the right-hand panel (depending on your skin) without any development. I've done this in 3 seconds on the demo site here:

https://demo.mojoportal.com/contact

(though that may have reverted to default if you don't look fast...!).

I cannot see anything about your example page that has dynamic content in a "second row".
