Page flow and Timer?

Hi All:

I'm wondering what might be a good approach to implement a page flow, and a timer-per-page. Any ideas or suggestions are very much appreciated!

I'd like to somehow define page 1, then page 2, then page 3 would be the flow. Then when a user goes to page 1 a timer starts, and they can't go to page 2 until the timer has elapsed. Once the timer has elapsed they can go to page 2 but must wait for the timer to elapse before they can go to page 3.

Your thoughts or ideas (or ridicule) are much appreciated,
Dale E. Moore
