Image Gallery, by folder, page does not re-size

Image Gallery, by folder, page does not re-size

Windows
MS SQL
2.4.0.3
4

Open site
Select Gallery Page
Select Image gallery (thumb)

it opens a new page with the thumbnails of the photos showing... the page does not re-size to move the footer down... some of the thumbnails are un-clickable...

Click on a photo to enlarge... it enlarges but most of it goes behind the footer... no scroll bars

In both instances maximizing the windows does not resolve the issue... the image is still behind the footer.  no scroll bars

If you click on an full sized photo it will open in a new window full sized and no footer is present.
