Can I send email to multiple people from the Contact Form? Should I enter "me@domain.com; you@domain.com" or something else?

Not in the current release, but I just implemented support for that just now so it will be in svn trunk by tonight. You would use ; to separate them but no spaces, just the semi colon between addresses an no white space.
