I would like to show recent comments added on the blog in a section on the page called as Recent Post.

For eg.

If a user A has added comment on a blog then it should be displayed in the Recent Post Section. It should be displayed as hyperlink. On click of which, it should navigate to post. 

I wanted to know is it possible to show blog comments as different feature. Is there any inbuilt control which is used to show comments as Recent Post. If not then is there any work around for the same?
