What version of Twitter Bootstrap is in 2.4.0.2 ?
And is there a way to tell in Mojoportal?

Hi Joe,
As far as I know we don't ship bootstrap with mojoPortal at all and it is not used in any skins included in the main package, so it would be up to a skin developer which version of it that they use.
