Blog display problem

Using 2.4.0.0

when I click to go to a secondary page in the blog, the content and all are squeezed over.

go to

https://poserworld.com/housewares

Look at the layout then go to the next page (page 2) everything is pushed over to the left. What is causing this?

Thanks!

Allen

Re: Blog display problem

Sorry but I have no idea, I think it will take a better css ninja than me to figure it out.

Re: Blog display problem

Thanks Joe. I understand. We used artisteer to make the "skin" for Poser World. I will use a file compare utility between the skin I made and a default template to see what the differences are between the two. It's probably something of my own doing when tweaking things. It's a not a deal breaker n MJ, I am just anal retentive about uniformity. LOL

Re: Blog display problem

Hi, for some reason the right column is getting the css class "art-sidebar2" instead of "sidebar2" after using the pager. I assume this is a bad setting in your theme.skin. Find the portal:LayoutDisplaySettings control and make sure you don't have "art-sidebar2" anywhere. If you do, remove the "art-" from the setting and save the theme.skin file.

HTH,
Joe D.

Re: Blog display problem

I couldn't find art- anywhere so I duplicated my content and sidebar css and added art- and that fixed it. When I have time I will go through all the files and find the errant ones and let Joe know, it it looks to be hardcoded.

I never thought about a bad css call cauing the problem. I've been staring at the code for way too long this last couple of weeks.

Re: Blog display problem

Well I got to look around and the /secure/register.aspx shows art-

my create them doesn't use art- as a prefix. It looks okay in Chrome and FF, but in IE everything is thrown to the left. Looks awful. I think there are a couple of other pages that do the same thing in IE due to the art-. I thought I had fixed all ;skin, theme css files and removed art- from them.

Re: Blog display problem

I ended up regenerating the them with art- as the prefix and it fixed all my problems with odd formatting.

Thanks ya'll!
