GoDaddy linux MySQL supported?

Hi,

My web server is a GoDaddy linux account with MySQL.

I downloaded your source and the MySQL data layer, and copied the files into the bin and Setup folders.

Running  /Setup/default.aspx just gives me:

<%@ Page Language="C#" AutoEventWireup="false" EnableSessionState="False" CodeBehind="Default.aspx.cs" Inherits="mojoPortal.Web.UI.Pages.SetupHome" %>

I guess that means my linux doesn't support asp.net and that MojoPortal won't work for me?

Rick

Re: GoDaddy linux MySQL supported?

Correct, we stopped trying to support linux. For a number of years we did try to support it with Mono as a replacement for .NET but Mono never proved reliable enough for production use of mojoPortal and the effort trying to support it was too much so we gave up on it.
