Managing Menus

On my site, the menus appear as drop-downs from the top row.
These menus are repeated in a list on the left hand side of each page.
(skin: art41 -wallpaper with mojoPortal 2.3.9.9)

I'm finding that the left hand menu list intrudes into the content of the left hand column making for a confusing user experience.

How can I remove the menu items on the left of each page?

The page menu is generated by the page menu control <portal:pagemenu id="PageMenu1" runat="server" useflexmenu="true"></portal:pagemenu> on line 61 of the layout.master of the skin. Removing this line of code will remove the menu.

To find the layout.master FTP to your site and go to Data/Sites/your_site_number/skins/art41-wallpaper/.
