Can't login via Google accaunt

When posting in this forum, please try to provide as many relevant details as possible. Particularly the following:

  • What operating system were you running when the bug appeared?
  • What database platform is your site using?
  • What version of mojoPortal are you running?
  • What version of .NET do you use?
  • What steps are necessary to reproduce the issue? Compare expected results vs actual results.

You may also want to review the installation or upgrading documentation.

But in IE8 in old variant I can't login with different user accaunt via Google - always system redirects me with my first accaunt (no any selection list). In Chrome only Aol & OpenID offer me to enter accaunt ID. Google & Yahoo - "The token URL or xdReceiver has not been whitelisted"

ok, then you are logged in as an administrator?

Go to Administration > Site Settings > Security > OpenID

​Click the link that says "Manage This Account at Janrain", its right next to the button that says Setup Janrain.

once you login to Janrain look around in the settings, there is a place to list the allowed domains, make sure your site domain is listed there.

As I said before, I don't see any settings in Janrain site :) I don't remember any my accaunt on this site and with one main e-mail where I got news from Janrain I can't get som connections with Janrain Settings of my site

I cannot solve the problem that you forgot your Janrain account. You will need to contact them to resolve that, then update your janrain settings. There is no other way to solve it.

Yes, Joe, thank u (I understood this). I turned back to new Janrain and tried on another computer with Chrome. All working good! May be some cache problems, but I already cleaned it...
