Addind by wraper on multiple pages - problem with design view

I added wrapper for using html block on multiple pages and design seem be broken

This is possible to fix it by adding style on html bock locally?

I also tryed to put in center
in center by inpect element in scc editot I fire the design problem with
input.widetextbox  disable width and fieldset chnge margin to -24
Is help only in center  
If I put it in side left or right I have problem with label and input field on one row.
