Help with Multiple Menus

Hi,

I am currently working with a local Mojoportal site. I need to have a top menu(HOME, ABOUT, CONTACT), which also show at the bottom of the page, Also a secondary menu of items under the top that are children of ONE top level page(HOME > LINK ONE, LINK TWO, etc.). I then need to have a menu that shows child pages from whatever secondary menu link you clicked from the front page, while still showing all these other menus.

I currently have HOME, ABOUT, CONTACT under ROOT and secondary pages under HOME and each of these have child pages. If someone has a better structure I am all ears.
