Event calendar pro

When creating an event in event calendar pro you can set the number of tickets available and when someone purchases an event they can stipulate the quantity of tickets.

I have in the past been able to set the number of tickets available, but for the life of me cannot remeber how or find reference in the documentation where we can set this.

For example I would like to set it so that you are limited to only 5 tickets you can purchase.

Appologies in advance for such a basic question.

Re: Event calendar pro

Hi,

The total number of tickets available is configured on the event itself.

The maximum number of tickets that can be purchased in a single transaction is under Ticket/Registration Settings in the "Settings" for the feature instance. It is the very first item in the Ticket/Registration Settings section and has a default value of 100.

However we don't have a way to prevent someone from making a second transaction to purchase more tickets.

Hope that helps,

Joe
