change Nivo slider effect in image gallery

change Nivo slider effect in image gallery

if there any way to change the effects used by nivo slider in the gallery,

I see how they can be changed in layout master by this post https://www.mojoportal.com/using-nivo-slider

but cant see these settings in the gallery or how to change in config etc...

suggestions?

There is a way to do it from theme.skin, see Image Gallery Display Settings

You can pass in full configuration for Nivo, I can't remember if you need to wrap it in { }, if it causes errors without that then try adding that, what goes inside there would be based on Nivo documentation
