Most of the time when we use the shared files module we don't need to use a folder hierarchy, and this is confusing to basic users of the system.  In fact when demoing the key mojo features it's the one bit that sometimes feels a bit clunky.

Currently we have to hide the "Create new folder" text box and button using CSS but it would be much more useful to be able to do this by having a checkbox in the module settings.
