currently running IE 9 on development machine  and the drop down menus developed using Artisteer 4  work fine.

But if i access the web site externally ( via static IP address) , the menus drop down etc, looks like the style is stuffed.

ie We have a small border round the menu items ( drop down background) , which is only about 10px around the menu items.  but on the external IE 9 browsers , the broader the menus is like + 50px wide.

Seems to work on Chrome without any problems.

Note: both locations are running the same version of IE.

also noted that the round corners (5 px) on the menu header and items , works on the development machine and external chrome  but not on the external IE ...

NOte; Have tested this on a number of external IE 9 installs ... same problem

is it a caching problems ?
