How to reduce the height of the site title area (above menu bar) ?

I am using the default art41-wallpaper skin. The site title area above the menu bar is too large. Does anyone know how to reduce the height in css? Same thing with the bottom part. It also seems to take too much space. Thanks.

Re: How to reduce the "Welcome" (above menu bar) area height?

Sorry but I don't really offer any support for modifying Artisteer designs outside of Artisteer. A CSS guru may be able to figure out how to make changes he wants but that isn't something I have time for helping people with figuring out step by step, it is usually a trial and error process. My advice would be if you are not a css guru then get Artisteer and update the design in Artisteer and export it as a new skin. We make the .artx Artisteer files available on our codeplex download page so you can get the art41-wallpaper.artx file and open it in Artisteer to make design changes.

However our instructions for creating designs in Artisteer recommend leaving space at the top for those links. If you don't do that then you will need to figure out your own way to position and style those links which is again not something I have time for helping with myself, though maybe others could help.
