Setup Error - XML Parsing Error: not well-formed

Hi,

I just deleted and re-installed MS SQL 2012 and then performed a fresh unpack of mojoPortal.  When I try to run the root | Setup | Default.aspx to get SQL setup I get the following error....

XML Parsing Error: not well-formed
Location: file:///C:/Users/Phill/Documents/My%20Web%20Sites/PJS_2/Setup/Default.aspx
Line Number 1, Column 2:<%@ Page Language="C#" AutoEventWireup="false" EnableSessionState="False" CodeBehind="Default.aspx.cs" Inherits="mojoPortal.Web.UI.Pages.SetupHome" %>
-^

I am running...

Windows 8 Pro with Media Center
MS SQL 2012 with tools
mP ver 2.3.9.7
.NET 4.5

What did I miss?

Phillip

Re: Setup Error - XML Parsing Error: not well-formed

Okay... my fault...

I didn't have all the permissions setup correctly in IIS... done and now it all works great...
