User reporting problem with skin in IE 10 that I do not see

User reporting problem with skin in IE 10 that I do not see

When she does an F12 she sees <html class="ie ie7  but  my f12 gets <html class="ie ie10"

for her the buttons have turned into broken tabs and ther right scrollbar is not there
 
any one else seeing this problem? have any ideas?
she has windows 7, 64 bit and so do I

I'm not seeing any visual problems on your site with IE 10 but IE 10 browser tools is showing several complaints in the console that could be related to the problem. 

It says something is wrong with your DOCTYPE element and it complains about unexpected closing tags in several places. I can see one of the bad closing tags on this meta element:

I would try to solve those problems and see if it solves the problem for your user.
