Hi,
I have downloaded the latest binaries (for MSSQL) from http://developer.novell.com/wiki/index.php/Mojoportal, and have been unable to unzip the archive file. I have tried using both 7Zip and Winzip, and both fail with an error message saying that the archive format is unsupported. I have downloaded the same file twice now, and still receive the same error. The filename is mojoportal-2-2-3-9-mssqlreleasefiles-2.zip and the file size is 11,449 bytes.
Is there a specific utility I have to use to extract the binaries, or is this a known issue?

Sounds like you are not getting the full download. It should be 12MB. I just downloaded it and it unzips fine in WinZip for me.
