Custom control event postback affected rss feed in same page

Custom control event postback affected rss feed in same page

Hi

i have custom control and after event is called then rss feed will not display

Custom control working fine and it placed in somewhere in page. and when event called rss feed not diaplay.

rss feed placed in somewhere in same page but it is not depended on custom control

Let me know your suggestion

My suggestion is avoid postback if possible in custom cms plugin features. If you must postback then redirect out of postback after the postback or else use an UpdatePanel to do an ajax postback without impacting other features on the page.
