I found the new version does not have the folder of /app_data? Can I create mannully?

Yes, you can create it manually. Actually the package includes it but some zip extraction tools may leave out empty folders.
I can not find the folder of /App_data when I open the zip file but not extract. Can you check again? Yesterday night there was a error maybe are caused by not existing this folder. Today I delete all data and I will try again.
I have a test for the winrar which is used by me currently? It can suppress the empty folder and list the empty folder and also extract the empty folder?
Can you check it again because lack of folder maybe cause the error?
Hmm, it could be that the tool I used to make the zip left out the empty folders when it created the zip. I will put empty text files in the empty folders for the next release to make sure they are included.
