seperate breadcrumb from MPContent

seperate breadcrumb from MPContent

Do you think it would be useful to seperate the breadcrumb bar from the MPContent?  I know I would find it useful.  Perhaps there is a way already in the skin that I can not find.

I'd like to be able to move it around on my page at http://157.91.66.8.  Any hints at doing this would be appreciated.

Yes, I think I can make it easy to do but it will require some changes. I'll include that in the next release.
