Hiding Contact Form Module Title in Emails

Is their a way to hide the contact form's title from showing up in an email, yet keep the heading on the page? Here's an example:

Contact Us: Hiding Title

The words Contact Us reference the title of the page set in the contact form's instance under the General tab's settings of Feature Instance Title.  If I leave this blank, the emails that are received start with the ":".  I would like for the emails not start with "Contact Us:".

I know it probably requires some code modification.  Can you point me to the section where I need to make the change?  Thanks.
