I have several mojo sites on my server.

And on one of them buld upload doesnt work and the site is set to work in full trust.

What else can be the problem?

Are you getting a progress bar? If not then NeatUpload is disabled.

Did you use the fulltrust web.config file, ie rename web.config to web.mediumtrust.config and rename web.fulltrust.config to Web.config?

The difference between those 2 files is that NeatUpload is disabled in the medium trust version.
