Joe, about a week ago I had an issue with one of the skins covering up the links for the administration of the site the part of the of the site that was covering it was the navigation menu on the left side of the page. My solution was kind of unusual. I have two sites so I went to the other site and logged in and went to the Admin Menu>Site Menu then I coppied just the part Admin/SiteSettings.aspx pasted it into the area that it should go and voila I was back in the right place. After I changed the skin there was no problem. I am running off of one of the older versions and am sure this problem will dissappear once I change. Sometimes it helps to be just a little inovative.
