Thanks

Re: Artisteer 4 Beta

Hi,

I'm actually working on a plugin for Artisteer 4 that will allow directly exporting a mojoPortal skin from Artisteer. Its working fairly well now but isn't quite perfected yet and is requiring a few small changes in mojoPortal in addition to the work on the plugin itself. My goal is to release the new plugin and a minor update of mojoPortal as soon as they release the final version of Artisteer 4. So it will be much easier to make a mojoPortal skin with Artisteer in the near future.

Best,

Joe

Re: Artisteer 4 Beta

Excellent news.. Can't wait.

Will it be like the RadEditor ? (ie. A paid add-on ? )

And if so, how much ?

Regards

Andrew

Re: Artisteer 4 Beta

I've just released the plugin as a free product in the store, I patched the mojoPortal 2.3.9.0 release to add support for Artisteer 4, so if you already upgraded you need to download it again and replace only the mojoPortal.Web.dll with the new one.

Best,

Joe

Re: Artisteer 4 Beta

That's great news, Joe. I tried out the plugin when it was in closed beta testing, and it's really nice to be able to directly export a mojoPortal skin from Artisteer. As always, there are going to be the little CSS things that need to be adjusted in style-artisteer-overrides.css, and perhaps the choice of a different JQuery UI theme to match the design, but overall this is going to make the Artisteer skinning process a lot less error-prone.

Re: Artisteer 4 Beta

Hi Joe.

Thanks.  Just tried your new beta Artisteer 4.0 beta plug-in and immediately sent you 2 beer because it worked great!!!!

The only small issue I had was when I selected to use the Telerik Rad Editor with sts-mojoRadGlueEditorProvider-0-5-1.  I'm using 2.3.9.0.  The toolbar is partially hidden.  You can see it on my Contact Us page on my personal site.

Re: Artisteer 4 Beta

Hi Rick,

Something like this should solve it:

ul.reToolbar li::before { content:'';}

Hope that helps and thanks for the beers!

Best,

Joe
