Stack Overflow about asp.net ajax

I'm so confused. I have a problem with webstore feature. Some days ago, When I Click the "edit" button of page of AdminOffer.aspx I got the javascript exception in the Console of Chrome. like "max number of call stack". It happens in the WebScript.axd. I know it's caused by the asp.net ajax toolkit. so I delete part of updatePanel. Then I can load page correctly. But now , I cannot load the page correctly again, this time I get the alert when I use IE8.0 with the message "stack overflow at line ...". So is anyone know about this? Thanks a lot.
