Unfortunately the answer is no, not currently. I haven't looked at windows live writer in a while but my recollection is that it works with many blogs because it supports some of the popular blog apis like blogger. In order to make it work with the mojoPortal blog we would need to implement one of the apis (probably the blogger api) and this has not been done yet. Its also not a high priority for me personally so I'm hoping someone else will come along and take interest in improving the blog and giving it the love it deserves.

If no-one gets to it I will eventually do it myself but its way down the list after a lot of other things that seem more important to me.
