Event Calendar Pro Installation

I purchased Event Calendary Pro, downloaded the zip file and unzipped it.  I copied the contents of the zip file to the root folder on my server, downloaded/uploaded the web.config and then ran the yoursiteroot/Setup/Default.aspx.  I also purchased and installed Form Wizard Pro on during this setup, I saw a listing for it.  Should I see a listing for Event Calendar Pro? This is the results when running the setup:

StatusYour installation is up to date.

Note: This page shows some information that is helpful during setup and upgrades but for security it would be best not to show any information when the system is up to date. You can disable setup and suppress all information on this page by setting DisableSetup=true in Web.config. When you need to upgrade, you can set this back to false. If you are logged in as Administrator setup will run and you will be able to see this page even if it is disabled in Web.config so you can easily leave it disabled and just login before upgrading. But if you are not logged in you will need to enable setup in Web.config.

Thanks in advance,

Mike

Re: Event Calendar Pro Installation

You actually need to copy a folder deeper within the zip file to the root of your site. From either the dotnet35 or dotnet4 folder (depending on your installation), copy the contents of the wwwroot folder to the root of your site. Note that if you are using a database other than MSSQL you'll need to perform an additional prerequisite step to choose and copy the correct data layer DLL. Full instructions for the installations can be found on the System Requirements/Installation tab on the Event Calendar Pro and Form Wizard Pro store pages.

When you have everything done correctly, you'll see something like this in your setup:

...
Configuring feature Form Wizard Pro by Source Tree Solutions - 00:00:06.9218307
...
Configuring feature Event Calendar Pro by Source Tree Solutions - 00:00:07.5624516
...

Hope that helps,

Jamie

Re: Event Calendar Pro Installation

Thanks Jamie!  That worked.  After I read your reply, I remembered that when I get the Forms working several weeks ago.  Thanks for the response.
