Hi,

You can't import a mojoPortal skin into Artisteer. You can download the Artisteer project files for the Artisteer skins that come with mojoPortal. The download for those is at http://www.codeplex.com/mojoportal/Release/ProjectReleases.aspx and is named ArtisteerFiles.zip.
