Is it possible to implement the Use entered email as from address feature in Form Wizard Pro?
I know the standard mojoPortal Contact Form has this feature but it also has a pre-determined email address field.

Hi, this has been requested before, and I know an email question type is on Joe's to-do list for Form Wizard Pro. As always, there's no estimated time for inclusion--it will depend on shifting priorities and Joe's workload.

I'd like to second, third or whichever, this request if it will get it nearer the top of things todo. I think it would be easiest if it were possible to assign the "To:" field to a question number. The "Subject:" could be treated the same way. If a response to the question(s) exists, then it would be used instead of the defaults currently used.
Most of my customers want custom fields on their Contact Forms which Form Wizard Pro would make easy. Since the majority of forms I create are Contact Forms, adding this ability to Form Wizard Pro would be a serious selling point. It sure would beat hand coding and compiling modules.
