Dynamic Module Settings

Hi:

I am trying to dynamically create a Feature Setting.  I call the function shown below:

ModuleSettings.CreateModuleSetting(m.FeatureGuid, moduleID, "Name", "", "TextBox", "", "", "", 100);

However, the setting is not showing up on my Feature Instance Settings page.
