I have just installed the last release of mojo (2.3.8.1) and site is totally is not localized (all texts are in English), Site settings in browser are russian. I have several site on mojo and they are working fine with russian language - I did not make any additional settings. But this installation seems to be is not working. What am I doing wrong?

Please see the release notes for version 2.3.8.1, we moved most language resource files intoi a separate download.
