The message is built from code that loops through the questions and answers and is not currently customizable. Though some of those strings come from resource files which could be edited but not really recommended since they are updated during upgrades.

One could disable it and implement custom notification with a custom FormSubmit handler to get complete control over notification.

There isn't much in the message other than the results which is why there is no template per se.

I'm open to the idea of a setting to leave out the link and the text related to the link in the case where the details are included in the notification, but in the case where the details are left out of the email for security reasons then the link is needed.
