CSS Rollover buttons

I am trying to add css rollover buttons to a mojoportal site: MSSQL
Operating System Microsoft Windows NT 6.0.6002 Service Pack 2
ASP.NET Info v4.0.30319 Running in Full Trust

 I am using this website example:

I uploaded the image for the rollover button to the site:

Added an HTML module to a page and out this source in:

<a id="emailUs" title="Email Us" href="http://www.run8tech.com"><span>Email Us</span></a>

I then added css for the button to the style.css for the site:

  display: block;
  width: 107px;
  height: 23px;
  background: url("/Data/Sites/1/images/emailUs.gif") no-repeat 0 0;

  background-position: 0 -23px;

#emailUs span
  position: absolute;
  top: -999em;

 The link will work but I can't get the image to show up.

Is there something I am missing? Do you need to add the css to a different css file?

Re: CSS Rollover buttons

I figured it out

It works if you put in the whole URL for some reason including http:// as the path for your image

Re: CSS Rollover buttons

put the image in your skin folder and shorten it to 'emailus.gif' using single quotes. or in a sub folder named images beneath your skin folder and use 'images/emailus.gif'

The single quotes are important so our CSS combiner can resolve the url correctly.

Hope that helps,
