Error with Shared Files Module

Mojoportal 2.3.7, Windows 7 (64) local, VS 2010 Professional,Hosting Arvixe

Hello, I am novice with mojoportal (and asp.net) but I know well C#

I built a Web Application as explained in the documentation. The work advances

but I have a problem with the " Shared File Module "

I Click " Add File > OK (name of file is displayed)

I Click "Upload > Error and I am redirect error page. When I return on the page where is " Shared File Module ", the transferred file is present but if I try to click it or to download it, I am sent back to the parent page !

An idea? And "bravo" for your beautiful work

Re: Error with Shared Files Module

sounds like the upload is failing but it succeeds in creating the database record for the file.

Start with Basic Troubleshooting

Hope that helps,

Joe

Re: Error with Shared Files Module

Thank you very much,
The rights of the Data folder were not high enough (read not read/write). Everything works well now.
All right for a beer (or a wine bottle of Bordeaux when you will come in France)Smile
