It would be nice to add MemberList.asp to Admin menu.
If a custom skin used does not include the link, there is no way to access this page.
Good point. Will do. Also will add a "Add User" link there.

"Add user" is available from MemberList.aspx now.
Yes, but I think it is reasonable for users to expect to find that functionality in the Admin section so I'm adding it there too.
