Error Occurs

Hai guys!!!!!

I hosted 2.3.4.3 Mojoportal version in IIs server but that version only supports v2.0 Application pool .Now, my site works but if I put dll of 2.3.5.1 version source code in v4.0 framework it does not support.
So I changed my source version to Microsoft visual studio framework v3.5, now IIs support that dll.
But this v3. 5 source code does not support File Browser Textbox Extender and Model Popup Extender controls.
Error occurs: The type or name space name 'UI' does not exist in the name space 'mojoPortal. Web' (are you missing an assembly reference?)C:\Users\Nalini\Downloads\mojoportal-c32a4730a441\mojoportal_c32a4730a441\WebApplication1\ballscrewsetting.ascx.designer.cs
Unknown server tag <portal:FileBrowserTextboxExtender/> ,You are missing an assembly reference in web. config.

Please help me.....
